School Pupil Leade's Meessage:
Barack Obamais quoted as saying, "Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it's not. It takes patience, it takes commitment and it comes with plenty of failure along the way.The real test is not whether you avoid this failure...because you won't ... it's whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere. Success and failure, trials and tribulations are inevitable encounters that we will all meet on our journey through life. But, it is the choices that we make, that will ultimately define us!Every challenge is an opportunity for growth and that there really are things worth striving for ... things worth fighting for, despite setbacks and failure.” Leadership is those innate qualities that are hard to define and even harder to create parameters for. Leadership does embody being principled, leading by example and inspiring people to be the best that they can be - to be their best for the world. Leaders need to inspire people to take action, to move towards a particular goal or vision and to do so willingly, almost of their own volition.
Feroze Gandhi Polytechnic has always promoted all round development of a child and it has prepared us to take any responsibility in life. Without having the capability to shoulder responsibilities an individual shall never be able to achieve anything worthwhile in life. The school parliament members are extremely happy for being chosen to serve their school and I extend a heartful thanks to the management, beloved sisters and teachers and a special thanks to dear Sr. Jeanne for believing in me and making my dream come true of serving this prestigious institution. I promise to fulfill my duties to the best of my abilities and live upto expectations of the school by setting high standards for myself and remaining true to my vision and even in the face of adversity. I would be a facilitators of activities, actions and creative thinking, rather than prescriptive directors of activity and would have the empathy to see things from the perspective of the people. I would also like the parliament members to remain ever focused on what needs to be accomplished and then give individuals or groups the support that they need to achieve these goals.
